Draybox Inc SMS Program
Draybox Inc sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to shippers and carriers who have opted in. Messages include responses to quote requests, booking confirmations, shipment and container status updates, pickup and delivery reminders, carrier load coordination, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from Draybox Inc by: (1) providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website form at https://draybox.com/contact, (2) texting our business number first, or (3) giving verbal consent over the phone to a Draybox Inc team member. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your quotes and shipments.

Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.
